25 Mini Discoid Roaches (1/4 and under)
Please note:
These are ¼ inch and under. There is no specific exact measurement within that range. All we can guarantee is that they will not exceed ¼ inch in length at the time of packing. They DO grow fast!
These are Luna Roaches Mini’s. They are not micro feeders. While they are very small, they are true ¼ inch and under discoid nymphs, not pinhead or newborn micro insects.
If you are looking for ultra-microscopic feeders, these are not that. These are small, structured, starter-sized roaches.
Raised the Luna Roaches Way
Luna Roaches are raised in a controlled, closed-system environment with careful colony management and consistent nutrition. They are gut-loaded with fresh fruits and vegetables along with high-protein feed to support proper development and nutrient density.
No wild-caught insects.
No soil exposure.
No backyard guesswork.
Because what your reptile eats matters. And what your feeder insect eats matters too.
So what are you purchasing?
Meet the Discoid Roach Mini. The true starter size.
At ¼ inch and under, these are extremely small, soft-bodied nymphs with a very thin exoskeleton. That means:
• Easier chewing
• Lower chitin load
• More appropriate sizing for tiny mouths
• Better fit for early developmental stages
These are ideal for:
• Baby bearded dragons just starting out
• Hatchling leopard geckos
• Juvenile chameleons
• Dart frogs
• Micro geckos
• Certain sized jumping spiders
• Small insectivorous reptiles that cannot handle ½ inch feeders yet
This is not a random scoop of undersized roaches.
These are intentionally selected at the earliest viable feeding stage.
Small jaws.
Small digestive systems.
Right-sized nutrition.
A little personality
Yes, they move.
Yes, they scatter.
But that is part of the enrichment.
Discoids do not climb smooth surfaces and they do not fly. If you prefer extra containment, we also carry no-escape feeder bowls.
Snack time still wins.
