Ahhhh the Holidays! Good food, good company, and a whole lot of cozy Florida days in front of our Fireplace with a blanket. We decided at 60F it's too cold, and we feel totally justified turning on our Fireplace LOL
It's the time of the year when we reflect and feel the urge to give back to you guys for all of the loyalty, friendships, purchases & reviews, and joy you give us every day by trusting us to feed your favorite companions! There is no amount of Thank You's that can adequately express the gratitude we feel! And so it's that time of the year again, and today, we're starting our 12-day of Christmas Giveaway! Since we dealt with Spammers on our Business Page last year, we decided to move our contests into our Private group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/lunaroaches where we have better control over this type of interference.
As always, no purchase is necessary, but you do need to play along for the day you want to win. Every day at 10 am ET, we'll post a new Prize you can win and ask a question you need to answer there. At 9 am ET the following morning, we'll choose a winner. You'll have three days to message us your address so we can send you your winning item. If we don't hear from you after 3 days, it goes to the next closest person.

Holiday Shipping Schedule
Like previous years, we're shutting down for the Holidays to be able to enjoy this time with each other and our family, and our shipping schedule reflects that of last year.
Last Shipping day before the Holidays: Wednesday, December 20, 2023 (This should ensure that all orders should reach you before Christmas).
Shipping Schedule for Subscriptions: December 26, 2023 (This shipping day is for existing subscriptions only)!
Regular Shipping resumes: January 2, 2024 (We're back in business, and everything will resume as usual).

New Rewards Program
I am nearly done with our new rewards program. We're still figuring out how to add additional ways to earn reward points though. There is a new Page called Bug Points at the top of our Lunaroaches site where you can see how it works, but it's super simple and self-explanatory. You can now see your points balance on checkout, which will let you choose how many points you want to apply for rather than turning in your points for a coupon code to apply at checkout. You can also see your points balance under your profile > My Rewards.
