Why Post Office?! WHHHHY???

Update: Chris spoke to the Post office and they stated this happens sometimes. (It shouldn't in my opinion but that's what they've stated.) They said the packages still went out and as they transport along the way, they will still be scanned. The scans will update in the next 2-3 scans online and you should be able to track. The 4-5 I just checked have NOT had an updated scan showing yet but keep an eyeball out on your tracking and your mailbox! We apologize for the inconvenience their nonsense has caused/is causing you!

Heads up, in another "WHAT IN THE WORLD?!" moment the Post office has marked everything we dropped off at the post office TODAY as delivered at the mailbox in Palm Coast. We have no idea why or how they could have possibly butchered this but if you're checking your tracking number from today it'll show :

When Chris dropped them off at the Post office today: September 21, 2020, 3:25 pm Delivered, In/At Mailbox PALM COAST, FL 32137 Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 3:25 pm on September 21, 2020 in PALM COAST, FL 32137.

When I created the Label: September 21, 2020, 12:36 pm Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item HASTINGS, FL 32145

Obviously these boxes should have been marked as RECEIVED by the Post Office, NOT DELIVERED. I've printed out all Shipping labels from today and Chris will take the entire stack to the Post office with tomorrow's mail run and ask them what in the world is going on. We'll keep you updated on what we find out (On FB, on our Mobile app as well as a comment to this blog and any emails you guys ent us)! But seriously... what in the world?!?!

Mel & Chris

(Who are slowly losing their minds this year with all of this shipping mess!)

My last 2 live insect packages that I picked up first thing from post office were both marked that way as well. Unsure why
