Thanksgiving and the Holidays and Winter! As 2020 is slowly crawling to its completion (and what a year it has been!) we have to look forward to Holiday shipping and Winter shipping overall.
As the blazing hot summer heat is over, we're looking at cooler days in Florida as well as Snow and Ice and sub-freezing temperatures that are going to begin shortly in the rest of the country, which also means that inevitably we'd enter the dreaded period again where we have to figure out how to ship safely. This year we looked at our last year's Winter Shipping issues and thought long and hard about how we're going to tackle that this year. We've concluded that it is in the best interest of our Customers, our Business, and most of all the Bugs that we simply do NOT.
What do we mean by that? That means that this Winter Season, we will NOT be shipping orders outside of Florida. If you are a Florida based Customer, for you nothing will change and we will continue to ship Luna Roaches Discoids to you weather permitting. However, if you live outside of the State of Florida, the last day we're shipping to you this year will be November 19th, 2020. We will resume shipping orders outside of Florida in the Spring when we feel we're safely back to Bug traveling temperatures. So remember, please get your orders in by November 19th, 2020, no exceptions.

November - Thanksgiving Day week: We will NOT ship December November 26th, 2020 - Please also note that if you're traveling that week, someone should be home to receive your Roach Orders. If you have a current Subscription and need it held because you're not home, please let us know, and we'll be happy to ship them out at a more convenient time for you.
December - Christmas Week: We're going on a "Stay-cation" this year and will NOT SHIP during Christmas week. Our kids are coming home for the Holidays and we want to spend some quality time with them. The last shipping day before Christmas is December 17th. We will resume Shipping on December 28th, 2020.
December - New Year's Eve - We will NOT ship on Wednesday Dember 30th, 2020 & Thursday, December 31st, 2020. This way we hope to avoid our Bugs sitting in a cold warehouse somewhere over New Years. Shipping will resume on January 4th, 2021!
Also, we've announced this on our Facebook page already but just in case you haven't seen this, we will not be doing a Black Friday Sale this year but instead will give away stuff every day until Christmas in December! Prizes will include Reptile themed Jewelery, Hygrometers, Bearded Dragon Harnesses with Wings, Reptile Hammocks and so much more, so be sure to join us on our Facebook Page in December to play with us as that is the ONLY place you can participate and possibly win!
