As we're approaching Christmas we hope that you got all of your shopping done, the stocking are stuffed and are not pulling your hair out over delayed or lost orders from USPS (Seriously a good chunk of my Amazon orders are waaay delayed!).
With that, and the fact that the weather decided that Florida needed to follow the rest of the country, we had to take a long hard look at the weather and decide how we wanted to handle the remainder of the year. While we breed very hardy bugs and they are doing okay with the delays thus far, it's entirely too nerve wrecking for us as Business Owners and you as Customers to have to go run after your shipments. Last week we had Shipments sent to Texas and Georgia when we don't even ship outside of Florida this season and it's caused us a lot of frustration, not only with the delivery delays but also with the carelessness of USPS. Add to that the we have had quite a few cold spells and there are more on the way this coming week, we've made the following decisions:
Monday, December 21st, 2020: LAST shipping day of the year for regularly placed orders. That will hopefully get your orders to you before it gets cold and Christmas arrives.
Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020: PICKUP ONLY
Wednesday, December 23rd, 2020: PICKUP ONLY
Thursday, December 24th, 2020: PICKUP ONLY
Monday, December 28th, 2020: All EXISTING subscription orders for the week of December 21st to December 27th 2020 WILL be shipped out.
December 28th, 2020 to January 3rd, 2020 - It's our vacation and we will not ship nor do pick up orders.
Monday, January 4th, 2021 - All subscriptions that were paid for during our vacation week WILL be shipped on Monday, January 4th, 2021.
If you want to cancel your subscription in the meantime (We completely understand if you do!) you can do so via PayPal or mail us at lunaroaches@gmail.com and I can accommodate with that. Please also message me to assure that I got your email and you don't get "surprised billed".
So if you want to get your order shipped please do so before 9am on Monday December 21st, 2021 and you will not be able to do so again until Monday, January 4th 2021.
If you want to pick up your order this week, please select Pickup on the checkout screen and be so kind and message us to coordinate day and time. We WILL NEED a 2 hour heads up for you to pick up your order.
