Yay, the Holiday Season has finally started! We hope you had an amazing Thanksgiving and got the chance to hang out with friends and family. We had an amazing Holiday with ours! Don't you just love these cooler Temperatures?! It's the perfect weather for cookies, rich soul-nourishing foods, and fuzzy socks! Unless you're Chris and then you loathe anything below 75 degrees and complain that this is what the Antarctic must be like! But for me... I LOVE IT!
I thought I would send a quick update on what's going on here at Luna Roaches. First off, as in the prior year, we're doing the 25 days of Christmas Giveaway this year and today is Day 2 so please don't forget to head on over and participate. How does it work? For 25 days in a row, we'll ask a daily question, generally something you truly have to guess as you can not google those answers. We'll post the question at 10 am ET and the winner at 7 pm ET daily! You can win anything from Reptile accessories to Roaches and on Christmas Day we're giving away a Breeder Colony. It's free, it's fun and it's a nice way for us to say THANK YOU to all of you for being so amazing!
Also as we're crawling towards the end of the year, Chris and I had a conversation about how we progressed as a Business. We survived the Covid mess and with that the dying of a lot of small businesses. We're extremely grateful for that but it's time to step it up and get out of "survival" mode. And this is where YOU come into play. We want you to tell us where we failed this year so we can do better, where did we excel this year so we can keep doing that? We believe that there is nothing better than the feedback of your customers to get you on the right path and keep you growing!

And last but not least, an important Tip:
Whenever you order Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday you essentially have to wait until Tuesday to get your Roaches shipped (unless it is a Subscription in which case it would go out Monday) since we don't ship on the weekends and only ship Breeder Kits on Fridays.
IF however, you order Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, your order is 99% sure to go out the following day.
Because everyone seems to order right before the weekend the waiting times to ship are simply longer because we then get totally hammered for those days (there are only so many Roaches we can pick and ship per day in terms of human possibility as we do everything manually at Luna Roaches to assure we ship out only quality insects ) and it's really slow the rest of the week in comparison. So please consider ordering earlier in the week and your Roaches are sure to arrive a lot faster.
